Convenient Location

Nice location. Close to area attractions such as Hollywood and Universal. It worked well for our family visit to Universal Studios. It was nice to have so many bathrooms and laundry facilities.

Very good experience

The house is very nice, modern, description is accurate, good communication with the owners. Close to freeways, attractions. We had 8 adults and we had plenty of room. I’d stay there again

Spacious Property in Awesome Location

Property was in a lovely residential area close to shopping and restaurants. Very spacious for a group of 7. Loved the outdoor space with TV and hot tub. Highly recommend!

This is an absolute must for your stay in LA! Highly recommend. Incredible and comfortable. My only recommendation is that they add a gas grill!

Ideal for what we were seeking

We were a group of nine relatives in town for a graduation. We want to stay near our son and found this property just a couple blocks away. The home is spacious, very tastefully designed and decorated, well equipped, and has great outdoor space. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable home near Universal

The layout was perfect for our multigenerational family. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms, roomy kitchen and living space. Unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of lovely outdoor space.

Julie and Mike the Host are great people to work with. They responded back quickly with my million questions and was so friendly. The House was very accommodating, clean and great location. Would rent again!

Early Thanksgiving

Our extended family traveled to LA to meet up with our middle son. The house was well equipped, clean, and made our stay feel like a home away from home. The only small issue was the oven wasn’t working but the owners responded quickly.

Recommendation

Our stay was wonderful. The house completely met our needs. It was clean and totally self-contained. As a senior I would recommend a shower rubber mat be placed in the bedroom closest to the carport. I found it very slippery!

Excellent location great layout

Nice spacious layout in excellent quiet neighborhood. Great park for kids a block away. Needs a few more knives and forks considering how many it sleeps. Had a few maintenance issues while we were there but I have to say the hosts were extremely responsive in fixing them. Overall highly recommended

Fantastic Stay

Fantastic Christmas Stay. The property was perfect and Clean. only two small issues. Would have loved to have vacume or Broom to clean up after ourselves especially having brought a pet. The kitchen could use some oven cookware . Casserole dish, dutch oven and cookie sheets.

Beautiful oasis

We loved our stay here! My friends and I celebrated my bachelorette party in LA. It was the perfect place to host a group of girls with all the bathrooms and beds! The house was close to grocery stores and other necessities. It’s location is great because you can jump on the freeway and get to WEHO in about 20 mins. The TV in the living room had access to Netflix so it was nice to be able to just turn on the TV on our down time. All in all we had a great experience!

Great Property

Accurate description and photos. This home is beautifully laid out and decorated, with lots of thoughtful touches like beside lamps and throw blankets in each room. The kitchen is a great size to allow for multiple people to prepare food simultaneously and lots of seating options for dining. Access to the property was very easy and the hosts were so responsive and helpful when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay with 3 generations of family, everyone had their own comfortable space and the location was great too. Highly recommended!

This is the place to stay for North of Hwy 10, Hollywood or Universal.

A wonderfully large and stocked home for all needs. If we come back to this area with a large group we will definitely be renting this home again. This home is CLEAN! The mattresses are the best! Linens so soft, supportive mattresses, and a selection of pillows to fit your style. The communal area is large enough to sit all to eat and the home is large enough to spread out and have privacy if needed. Large secure parking area which fit our Tahoe with plenty of room to spare. Thank you Mike and Julie for helping our family have a wonderful start to our vacation.

Great group property

We celebrated our birthday weekend with friends in LA. There were four couples total and there was plenty of room for all of us! The house is beautiful and nicely updated with many amenities. We loved relaxing with the fireplace and using the outdoor area and Jacuzzi. The house was very responsive to any communication and directions were easy. This location, for us, was central and close to the Burbank airport. I will definitely use this property again if I’m in LA with a group of friends!

Perfect home for families!

This home has everything you need and more!Our family of 7 comfortably stayed here for 7 days. Beds were comfortable, 5 toilets, 4 bathrooms were an added bonus when there is so many of us.Living area was super spacious and plenty of chairs for everyone to relax. Kitchen amenties were excellent, nice big fridge/ freezer and oven.plenty of cutlery to cater for us all too.The washing machine and dryer were also massive and great for being able to do washing of a night time after full on days out and about.Overall this home was the perfect base camp for us, 10 minutes to Universal Studios, 15 minutes to Hollywood and just over an hour to Disneyland, there was nothing we could fault.Thank you for providing such a beautiful, clean and well equipped home, we truly appreciated it!

Great home in a great location!

The house was great & the kids had so much fun in the jacuzzi. The living room was spacious enough to fit 12 of us. There was a couple of issues -- heating didn't work on one of the sides of the home for the first couple of hours but it kicked in later... we messaged them and they replied right away and offered to bring someone out following morning. Also, the hallway bathroom doesn't have lighting inside toilet room. The house was clean and every room had enough towels for every guest and even has a washer/ dryer to use. We loved the backyard although the TV is no longer there. We are looking forward to coming hack and booking this place again as it was so close to Universal Studios and other places we visited. Thank you again! :)

Large family vacation home

We enjoyed our time in the LA area with a large family of 8, and this home was a great place for us to gather. Lots of space for our group to spread out as needed but also gather together. The outside courtyard is lovely and such a nice spot to hang out!! It's a beautiful home, as you can see in the pictures, and it's accurate in description (although no TV outside anymore). Little details could have been better- there are some parts of the house that could use a small repair, the kitchen isn't well stocked and cooking meals was challenging at times, there is an extra fee of $50 for the hot tub that we paid but the heat was hit or miss. We saw evidence of a mouse problem and the property owners were very apologetic and promised to take care of it. I don't believe this is an issue with the home itself but just the general urban area. I would not let this stop you from staying at this home, and I would still recommend it to others!

Nice house but things to be desired

Outdated photos on website. One of the big reasons we rented this place was for the outdoor entertaining space and tv. When we arrived, it was obvious that the outdoor tv had been removed quite a while ago (cobwebs etc) and not replaced, which was disappointing. Communication was hit or miss. Sometimes I got a response very quickly, sometimes no response. Left a little to be desired Somewhat underfurnished kitchen. House is supposed to sleep 12, but didn’t have anywhere near enough silverware. Also didn’t have basic things like extra trash bags. Overall house is nice, but expected a little more for the cost

Great Family Gathering Home

This property is very safe and secure. So if you have a little ones, they can run around the backyard and can’t get away and no one can get in. Three of the bedrooms are en suite, and one has a full bath pretty much right outside of it. And then there is a half bath in the hallway for everyone to use during the day. The kitchen is very large and very spacious, and opens up onto a very large, very comfortable family room. It was absolutely perfect for my family. It would also be perfect for a friends getaway as well. The only thing in the description that I found to be confusing, and that could just be me, but I thought it was a five bedroom, which I did not need. But the pull out couch room is in the middle of the master bedroom and the master bath. So it’s a beautiful, wonderful spacious master suite. But if you needed to have someone sleep in the pull out couch, it would have to be someone that you were very comfortable with. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again as a matter fact, I hope that I get the opportunity to come back to the LA area with family or friends and book the same property.
