This central stay will give you the getaway you've been wanting while providing cozy accommodations and incredible amenities. You can stay at home and enjoy the
private backyard with the large pool and have a game of cornhole or maybe lounge by the firepit. Then you can BBQ and dine outside or in the huge screened-in Lanai.
There are also bikes and beach gear available for your convenience.
The home has the perfect balance of open space and privacy with dual living areas and pocket doors. The wall-to-wall sliding glass doors in the Master BR, Livingroom
& Family Living Area gives the space abundant natural light and an airy feel, and when open, provides access for indoor/outdoor living.
The large Master BR is furnished with a king bed with a new mattress and has an ensuite bath with a dressing area, ample closet space, and a dedicated work area. The split plan design situates the two other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house for privacy. Also available in the master bedroom is a queen-size air mattress with sheets and comforters provided that is available for guest use if needed. The "Seaside" Bedroom has a new Queen bed, while the "Nautical" Bedroom offers a full-size bed. There is a full shared bath between the two.
The Living room boasts a large-screen Smart TV & comfortable seating and is open to the Dining Room. The Family Living area encompasses the Kitchen with a large
island, breakfast area, and family room area with TV. The kitchen is completely equipped with all dishes, cookware, and small appliances you will need to make it just like home. There is a full-sized washer & dryer in the laundry room and there are board games, cards & books provided for your enjoyment.

This is a no-pet/no-smoking property. There is off street parking in the driveway. There is no guest access to the garage or shed and any locked closets.
