Our holiday home is a combination of bush meets beach with a peaceful bush and river surrounding, just walking distance to the beach nearby. The prominent sandy foreshore beach near Granite Island is a 1.2m walk away with the 500m long causeway out to the Island. Shops that are just walking distance away which include Hungry Jacks, an IGA, Harbor Bakery, chemist and an OTA petrol shop. We are located on the river with big gorgeous trees, bird and wildlife, in a quiet and peaceful area. The perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. Our holiday home has 1 main bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. All sheets, doona’s pillows and towels are included. There are two sitting rooms with 2 smart tv’s and Wi-Fi included. There is also a room set up as a yoga room and another bathroom separate from the ensuite with a bath- tub and shower. Laundry with washing machine.
There are a few rules that apply.
-No parties (a low-key happy hour is ok)
- Please respect neighbours nearby by not being too loud.
- No dogs to be left alone to bark- dogs to sleep in their doggy beds.
-House to be left in a clean state and rubbish to be put in outside bin upon departing.
And please be mindful of electricity usage (please be sure to turn off the aircon and evaporated air-conditioner when leaving the house and the bbq gas bottle when finished using the BBQ) Please be mindful of water usage, so that we can keep our holiday home at an affordable price for you to come and enjoy again.
