Our home is newly remodeled and designed meticulously, enjoy your vacation with your friends, families, or colleagues in these 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Relax and enjoy in the spacious backyard, there is outside seating so more space to enjoy your stay.
The front house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a suite in the back which is just a few steps away from the main house and it has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
For the entire 6-bedroom listing, there is a 4-bedroom listing if you do not need the guest house in the back. You will still have the property to yourself. The guest house has 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each bedrooms has 3 twin beds. There is no kitchen, living room or dining room in the guest house.
Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.
Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 10 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 14.
Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

**Main House**
As you step inside the main house, you'll find a warm and inviting space, complete with a cozy living room, a dining area, and a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare your own delicious meals. The kitchen is a chef's dream with modern appliances and ample counter space.
There is an extra working refrigerator that you may find and use in the garage too.
The main house has 2 bathrooms for your convenience. One bathroom is inside the master bedroom, offering a private oasis for the lucky occupants. The second bathroom is located in the hallway.
The bedrooms in the main house are beautifully appointed, with 3 of them located inside the house and 1 in a converted garage bedroom, providing versatile sleeping arrangements.
Please note, bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 have been changed to queen beds. In total, the main house has 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 2 queen beds.
There are washer and dryer available in the garage for your convenience.
