Located in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of Bonita Beach Park and the beach, this snowbird-friendly guest house provides a peaceful setting for couples and solo travelers alike! Find incredible attractions within five miles, including The Wonder Gardens, Riverside Park, Barefoot Beach County Preserve, and Little Hickory Island Beach Park.

This well-appointed guest house offers a private back patio with plenty of outdoor dining areas to dine alfresco and take in beautiful views of the lawn and trees behind it. The home features vaulted ceilings and beautiful decor. You will find a mini-fridge to store your goodies, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Remote workers or students will have a desk. A large wall-mounted TV is right in front of the bed, adding a great source of entertainment. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional amenities include WiFi and air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Bonita Springs

The perfect stay for anyone looking to ditch the traditional hotel experience but not looking to rent a large house. The bed was comfortable. There is limited outdoor space but it was a short ride to the beach.

Good value at a Great location.

Great location in Bonita Springs- they had 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and 2 “soccer chairs” plus beach towels. No coffee or filter but there is a pot. There was no AC- but a ceiling fan. The Queen bed is too high and not very comfortable sheets or mattress. Overall a great value!

Small but worth it

This is basically a hotel style room with just a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. But it was less expensive than nearby hotels, very convenient to get in and out of, right off major roads, and easy walking distance to several restaurants.
