A Walk in the Clouds - 4 Season Getaway -Ski-In Ski-Out Condo

Cozy Ski-in/Ski-out condo at the Top of the World! Perfect place for year-around enjoyment at Snowshoe Mountain Resort! One bedroom, one bath condo sits on the second floor, overlooking gorgeous mountain views! You have the convenience of being slope side, and walking distance to mountain top shops and restaurants! Functional kitchen, cable TV, dishwasher, stove top/oven, toaster, coffee pot, coin operated washer/dryer just down the hall! Linens & towels included!
The space
This is an older condo complex; however, the location of condo is amazing! To clarify, the space is meant to serve the purpose of being able to enjoy being in a fabulous location to "hang your hat", sleep, and provide some of the conveniences of home by having a small kitchen space!
Bottom level of Top of the World has a restaurant in winter season and snow ski lift tickets and equipment rental! Easy elevator access and luggage racks to transport your items up to your condo! Kitchen is outfitted with pots, pans, glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. to cook while on your mountain getaway! Comfy 2019 queen sleeper couch, living room chair, flat screen TV and high-top counter with stools! Coffee table is custom made by your host - if you have interest in custom made/live-edge furniture - let your host know!! Bathroom has shower/tub and Bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed! Linens & Towels now included (1 queen bed / 1 queen pullout)! There is no air conditioner in the space however there are ceiling fans and portable fan.

You may use the coin-operated laundry facility just steps away down the hall from condo - bring your own detergent!
Guest access
The whole condo is for your enjoyment in addition to coin operated washer and dryer down the hall! We are just a call or text away!
Hot tub Hours 4pm to 10 pm on Ground floor last door on the left before the rear exit! Due to COVID the hot tub is closed at this time.
Other things to note
You will notice a management fee added to your payout to cover the cost of state and local taxes.
Spring & Summer is considered off season and Snowshoe shops and restaurants are all closed; however, it makes for a great time to come and disconnect! You and the deer just might be the only ones on the Mountain - nearest open stores are only a short 10 min drive located at the base of the mountain.

Questo complesso di appartamenti si trova a Snowshoe. Cass Scenic Railroad e Cass Scenic Railroad State Park sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti della natura. Great stay

It was a great stay! We love snowshoe! Always a good time! The place was clean besides the sheet on the pull out sofa, was a huge urine stain. The only other issue was the light in the kitchen kept going on and off. It had all of your basic kitchen necessities which was good!

Long Weekend

We had a nice stay at 1st Tracks. The convenience of ski in and ski out was great. There’s a good steakhouse in the next building and the shuttle bus made it easy to get into the Village when we wanted to walk about.

I studied Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise with an emphasis in Exercise & Health Promotion at Virginia Tech & put that knowledge to work on a daily basis as a Pilates Instructor at the only classical Pilates Studio in the OBX, The Presidio of Pilates! In addition to my education, my love for business & entrepreneurial spirit led me to Hosting! I CoHost multiple spaces in locations throughout the United States and as a Professional Referrer of hosting I take great joy in teaching folks how to start their own business hosting by themselves or with assistance. Very convenient parking and access to the bus stop for transportation throughout Snowshoe and the nearby Silver Creek Resort!
