Mi Casa es Su Casa - Comfortable and Spacious Home near Clearwater/Tampa/St.Pete

Located at the center of beaches, cute towns, cities, and essential like supermarkets, gyms, parks, library and shopping centers. This house is perfect and safe for solo travelers, couples, and families. Some nearby beaches include Clearwater and Indian Rock Beach. Some nearby cities include Tampa and St. Petersburg. Some cute and quaint towns nearby include Treasure Island (beach as well) and Safety Harbor.

This house is pet friendly, however please contact me first to approve pet and provide further details/rules/fees.

Spacious house with 4 bedrooms, with 3 queen sized and one full sized bed -that each comfortably fit 2 guests.

This is a large and spacious home but please keep in mind that it is an older home, and although it is very clean and functional, it is not perfect or luxurious. There may be minor details like scratched tiles, a creaking front door or outdated furniture, etc that may not be your taste but this is why it is a budget friendly stay. If you are a more laid back traveler who appreciates coziness, cleanliness and safety, then this is the stay for you. But, if you have very particular and extravagant taste then this is not the stay for you. Please reach out with any questions or concerns!

Guests can access the backyard, kitchen, dining area, living room, day room, and laundry room. Please do not leave food out anywhere and keep noise to a reasonable level as to not disturb neighbors.

The dining room can be used as a work space, as it is very spacious and has a big and sturdy table.

The living room has a smart tv which can be easily used with netflix, hulu, apple tv, etc.

Guests have full access to kitchen but must use air fryer for smaller meals and not the conventional oven.

The laundry room is only to be used for clothing used while you are my guest - absolutely no outside laundry to be done in the home. Only one load allowed per night.

** Important, - unregistered guests and visitors are not allowed in home - monitored by cameras and strictly enforced. This can be accommodated under special circumstances but please contact host first. There are security cameras at all entrance points of the homes and in laundry room.

Nice house

The house was good for our needs. We needed a 2nd place for an overflow of guests, and this place had a ton of space to accommodate. It's a new listing, so there are a few details that stand out that indicate it's still getting prepped as a vacation rental, but overall it's a very nice house and very comfortable.... Mayra was very quick to respond to messages.

Short stay in Largo

We visited the area to catch a Blue Jays game in Dunedin. Location was decent to the ballpark. We didn't explore the neighborhood. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay again if in the area.

Toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. There is self check in and parking for up to 4 cars allowed. There are no extravagant rules or cleaning routines you have to do, just relax and enjoy yourself :)
