Located just a few blocks from the beach, fully furnished and equipped 4 bedroom 3 bathroom featuring an open-concept gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar countertop and a spacious living and media room area. Get ready to relax in the heated pool and spa and enjoy water views with spectacular sunsets. Welcome home, away from home!

The heart of this residence is a trio of spacious, open-concept living: the kitchen, dining and media room area. Here, friends and family can gather, unwind, and create lasting memories. All bedrooms are strategically placed across from the central living and dining areas, offering privacy without sacrificing accessibility.

The primary bedroom is a true sanctuary featuring an open-concept en suite bathroom with a double sink and a huge walk in shower. This bedroom is also equipped with a pull-out couch for additional guests and a Smart TV. Natural light floods in through the large window front providing direct patio access from the dining area and the primary bedroom. This stunning panoramic view is an absolute magnet for everyone to step out and soak up the morning sun.

The second bedroom offers a small en suite bathroom, along with an extra Smart TV for your entertainment. Two bedrooms are furnished with 2 full beds each, and can be modified into a king bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all. For families with kids, the bunk bedroom ensures an idyllic and functional retreat for the little ones. The third bedroom, tucked away for privacy, boasts its own private patio door, offering direct access to the pool and spa area. There is a brand new hot tub, which is located in a cozy corner surrounded by lush landscaping. The outside bar with gas grill invites for BBQ cookouts with family and friends. You love fishing? Throw your lines in the water and catch your dinner. Grab our kayaks or dock any boat up to 40 ft. at our private dock and enjoy the South Florida lifestyle.

Great location

We stayed here with 4 adults and our young (< 9yo) children. Lisa was a very responsive and attentive host. The property was in a quiet neighborhood and we loved the outdoor area, especially fishing from the dock! The house is tastefully decorated and very adequately stocked upon arrival, with plenty of towels and linens. We also really appreciated the "extras" Lisa provided, such as bottled water, coffee, and laundry detergent. Lisa also went above and beyond to make sure our toddler was comfortable by providing a pack n play and high chair.
