You will instantly feel relaxed and want to sit back with a glass of wine when you settle into this cozy, charming apartment. The hand painted mural, birds hanging overhead and stylish decor will make you feel like you're on vacation.

Sit at the table on the private back patio with a glass of wine, playing Jenga while the overhead string lights illuminate the patio with charm.

The living room and both bedrooms have smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, etc with your sign in. Living room has a desk/work station.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. Note there is no water dispenser on the refrigerator.

The bedrooms have king-size beds, nightstands with wireless charging stations, full length mirror, sound/white noise machine, dresser, small closet.

Bathroom is remodeled with a tub shower combo.

Private back patio has a grass wall, table with seating for four, overhead string lights and full-size washer and dryer. There is a shared fenced in backyard.

You will be given a unique keypad code to access the front door.

This property has one free designated driveway parking spaces and plenty of on street parking. There is always Uber and Lyft for transportation as well.

Centrally located in Murray Hill; the coolest new-old neighborhood in Jax. The area is an artsy vibrant neighborhood that attracts artists, musicians, photographers, brewers and bakers. Some of Jacksonville’s coolest businesses are in Murray Hill with trendy restaurants and bars, an original movie theater, and the Dreamette Ice Cream shop which has been in business since the 1940s.

My story starts in 2008 during the crash of the economy and rsubsequently, of our family business. Shortly after, my husband and father to my three beautiful daughters was also sadly taken from us. I promised myself then, I would never find our family in the same financial struggle again and so I applied to nursing school.

Fast forward to now and I’ve been a nurse for almost ten years, remarried and raised my three daughters.

Although happy, I have always felt like something was missing. I needed an outlet for my creativity, something to call my own and more importantly, a legacy to leave to my daughters.

With a long love for real estate, my husband and I bought investment properties. Soon after, I discovered the art of hosting guests in the exciting short term vacation rental world. This business has become more than a second income for me, it has become a passion. I am obsessed with the design, remodels, creativity, and making my guests feel welcome and special. These experiences have allowed me to combine all of those interests and give you the best short term vacation rental experience.
