Yankee Hill Farmhouse and Guest Cottage are now rented as a complete package. Bring your extended family and stay at the beach! The Main farmhouse boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The guest cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a queen size sleeper sofa. This property is private, unique, quiet and yet close to many of PEI's summer hotspots.

The main farmhouse is a registered Historical place, part of the discover and preserve Prince Edward Island's Rich Heritage. Yankee Hill Farm House is a Gothic Revival style home which overlooks New London Bay located in the community of Park Corner. Yankee Hill Farm House is valued for its age, architectural style, integrity of original materials and for its associations with the history of the community. The house dates from approximately 1895. It is located on a hilltop overlooking New London Bay with a view of Cavendish sand dunes in the distance.

Our cozy guest house - a restored 19th century milk shed on our organic 60-acre heritage farm. Overlooking beautiful New London Bay, with direct private beach access, you will experience the peace and rural beauty of Atlantic Canada.

Really loved it here

This was the perfect remote getaway for us. The views are gorgeous and the beach walks are so relaxing. It's close to the tourist places but you are still far enough away from them that it feels relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can!

This was an absolute oasis for us!! Loved the place, loved the beach, loved the island! Directions were perfect. The space is so rejuvenating. We would live there ❤️🔆 I hope that you all stayed safe through the storm!

Enchanting place!

My husband and I were very impressed with our stay and were very sad to leave such a wonderful place! The cabin was light, airy, and well decorated with amazing views out every window with most of them looking towards the water! At night the moon was full and shining on the water and crickets completed the peaceful charm. The lighthouse nearby was charming and just a short walk down to the beach with soft sand and more amazing views! We took long walks along the beach and the sunsets were truly unforgettable. The yard was down a long lane and very private, with trees on the side of the one neighbour. The bed was very comfortable and the wi-fi worked well. As a former house cleaner I was impressed with the spotless place (it takes a lot to impress me in that area! ). We had everything we needed and we look forward to returning back soon! Highly recommend!

Waterfront acreage isn't easy to come by in PEI. This beautiful property has been in the Moss family for generations. They also love spending time each summer in PEI, and want to share this wonderful experience with others.
