Welcome to Baron’s Bungalow, our beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, situated on 14 acres of lush native plants and wildlife to explore. Relax on the back porch with a swing, outdoor seating area and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Custom window coverings and original art throughout the house add a touch of elegance to your stay. Experience the ultimate in luxury and comfort in the heart of nature. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

The Space:
- Sleeps 6! 2 king beds and 1 queen sofa bed. The beds feature Leesa Mattresses and Casper pillows for a restful night's sleep.
- Full Kitchen with a regular drip coffee maker!
The oversized bathrooms are well-appointed with a hairdryer and Malin & Goetz bath products, as well as hotel-quality towels for your comfort.
- 1st Hall bathroom has a walk-in shower + stacked washer/dryer
- 2nd Hall bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo
- BBQ Grill, please BYO Charcoal
- Wood burning fire pit, BYO firewood (please read Other things to note for burn ban notice)
- Private Hot tub!
- 1 TV in the living room

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire Guesthouse (middle house) + private hot tub! Enjoy the serene surroundings and with easy access to the Pedernales river just beyond the property's gate!

Getting Around:
Experience the best of both worlds as our home is only 6 minutes away from the charming Downtown Fredericksburg, offering an array of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. House is located in the middle of 290 and you're near different wineries/breweries! We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

Other Things to Note:
- This property is pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night (plus taxes) and 2 pets MAX with 45 lb weight maximum. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on any furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended.

- This property is suitable for children/infants. Please know we don't provide infant/toddler kits and the house is not child proof.

- NO smoking allowed!

Quiet, Clean, & Secluded

The property was very nice, clean and well kept. We loved the feeling of seclusion that we had because of all of the surrounding trees and horse pasture that is just beyond the property fence line. I enjoyed laying in the hammocks on several occasions as the weather was perfect during our stay! The hot tub and fire pit area are also really nice additions to this rental. I would not hesitate to stay at this rental again if we find ourselves in the Fredericksburg area!

Perfect location & scenery

The house was incredibly clean and well kept. The location cannot be beat and the scenery of the property is beautiful. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms well supplied.

Lovely & Quiet Stay!

This was a perfect stay for us! Great space and very private. Hot tub was amazing after a day around Fredericksburg. Very close to everything we needed. Decor and furniture was also so cute!

Clean, Quiet & Convenient

Property was very comfortable. It’s between a horse farm and orchard so nice and quiet. Convenient to Fredericksburg and wineries. Hope the backyard is completely fenced when we come back.
