New Luxury cottage in the woods!
This getaway is perfect for a family, 2 couples or a relaxing girls week. New build, open floor plan & less than a mile from downtown Bailey's Harbor. A 3-minute drive or a 10- minute bike ride to the beach! We offer 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, comfortable mattresses, & blackout shades. Both bathrooms have double sinks and quartz countertops while the master bath retreat has a soaker tub and rain shower. Cuddle up by the cozy fireplace in the livingroom, or sit on the screened-in front porch with a good book. Maybe you will be lucky enough to hear the rain fall on the metal roof! The kitchen is fully-equipped with seating for 6 at the table, and 2 barstools at the oversized island. There are streaming services with smart TVs in both the living room and the master bedroom. Every room has a view of the wooded landscape. A firepit, gas grill and bikes are available for use. Kayaks and paddle boards also available with your mode of transportation to the water. Door County has so much to offer. Starting with the Town Egg Harbor north on Bay Shore Drive, both sides of the peninsula are dotted with villages along the waterfront each with its own charm and appeal. Soak up the sun at any of the 53 public beaches; bike, run or hike through one of the hundreds of trails and parks; visit one of 11 historic lighthouses; watch artists at work in their galleries; enjoy evening entertainment under the stars at the outdoor theaters or drive in movies; sample locally made wine and spirits at one of the nearby Door County’s vineyards or distilleries; reserve your spot for Door County’s famous fish boils…..the list goes on and on. It's truly everything you are looking for! We hope that you fall in love with the cottage and area as much as we have!
**This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions or other rowdy gatherings.

The Best Door County Has To Offer !

I do not know how to begin. The House Was PERFECT ! Wonderful Baileys Harbor Location, Quiet New Subdivision, New Home, Exterior as well as Interior Was In Perfect Condition. High grade interior finishes as well as appliances and plumbing. Water Softner added in the pleasure of the stay. Large Screen TV in the Living Room and Master Bedroom, with all the channels needed. Front Screened In Porch for sitting and watching the sunrise and sunset. I am afraid to Continue, for I will not be able to rent this unit for my Future Stays, It Will Be Booked Out ! If you find this unit, and it is Available, Book It, You Will Not Be Disappointed. What More Can I Say....

The home was immaculate. It functioned extremely well for us, including its location and proximity to other DC towns. We would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it.

Cozy Cottage - Exceeding Expectations!

Our stay at the Cozy Cottage went beyond our expectations! This is a nice new house tucked away in a new small wooded development. The owners have thought of everything you might need, and have furnished the house with high quality and tasteful furnishings and supplies. The two bedrooms are reasonably large, the great room is fantastic, and we even loved the two bathrooms. The owners were very responsive to provide any information we requested in a matter of only a few minutes. I highly recommend considering renting the Cozy Cottage if your vacation finds you in Door County, especially around Bailey Harbor, which is only a few minutes away.

Perfect Door County Getaway

Brand new spotlessly clean cottage with all modern amenities, in a quiet location convenient to Baileys Harbor. The host responded promptly to all emails. No complaints, other than that our vacation week had to end! Highly recommended.
