Cozy, quiet newly refurbished home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and eat in kitchen with a great view. Master bedroom has king size bed, large mounted smart tv, and large window to take in the water view. Guest bedroom has comfortable queen size bed, and the 2nd guest room offers 2 twin beds and plenty of space. The master ensuite and hallway bathroom both have brand new walk-in tiled showers and have been fully remodeled. The living room has seating for the whole family along with a large, mounted panel tv with streaming access via Roku and many other apps. Step out the kitchen sliding door onto the fully screened in lanai to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. This perfect screened in area has an outdoor table, chairs, and gas grill along with a hanging hammock chair and gives you access to the large, fenced backyard that is right on the water's edge and where you will find the most gorgeous views of the widest point on the Myakka River.

Gulf Cove

Home was clean and nice. Pretty view of Myakka River at end of street. Had great weather while we were there and the neighbors were nice and helpful. Sarah responded to questions and concerns in a timely manner. The distance to stores, restaurants, etc was inconvenient however.

Welcome to our sunshine getaway home! My husband and I are from northern Illinois and recently made this purchase as a beach vacation home where we can get away with our family, especially in the cold winter month, along with share it with others. We absolutely love this area and cannot wait to retire to our Florida home some day!

One of our most favorite things about our neighborhood is the people and the quiet setting. It is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You and your family can enjoy a quiet walk or take a bike ride any time of day.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our house is surrounded by water and a state park making it such a peaceful and beautiful place to take in some sunshine. We enjoy watching wildlife in the canal behind our home from either inside or on the lanai, even on the sea wall. It is common to come across cranes, fish, wild hogs (from the state park), and lots of lizards of all sizes in our area.
