This property consists of three units. The unit in this listing is on the 2nd floor and has 2 bedrooms. Guests of this unit have shared access to the 2nd floor porch. The backyard and 2 outside showers are shared. The down stairs and other 2nd floor units can also be rented to create a large 9 bedroom house. Other units are rented under the same rules to create a family oriented property on a quiet family oriented street.

-The PREMISES are not available to “groups” or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) excluding families traveling with children. Under no circumstance do we rent to Prom Groups, Senior Weeks, or any other type of non-family groups consisting of guests under 25.

-Primary guests must sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of a government issues ID

-We do not accept pets at this location

-No off street parking, only free street parking

-Linen and towels are not provided. Bring your own or ask us about renting them from a local company who will drop them off and pick them up directly at the unit

Barren

The place is fine. But when they say “no towels” it’s NO TOWELS. No paper towels in the kitchen. No hand towels in the bathroom to dry after washing your hands. No dish soap to wash your dishes. No trash bags to take out your trash. No cleaning products if you accidentally spill your soda pop. There were 2+ lock boxes at the rental property but for some reason I had to drive 30 mins round trip to pick them up from a lockbox at a different property? There is a keurig but no coffee pot so we had to go buy K-cups as well. The ac unit in the common area has exhaust hoses covering the chaise on the couch so half the couch is rendered useless. Other than that the ac worked great and there are TVs in each room which was a plus.

Weekend Stay

I thought that the property was great. It was nice and clean when we arrived. It was perfect for us since we spent most of our time out and about. Overall, it was a cute place.
