After you've had a fun-filled day out, head back to your sweet getaway and walk through the front door into your sanctuary of rest. Plop yourself onto the couch and kick up your feet up as you slowly doze off into a much-needed nap. Then, whip up a delicious meal for you and your family using the home's stainless steel appliances in the full island kitchen. Jump into your favorite bathing suit and the on-site pool for an invigorating swim. Challenge your friends to golf on the 12-hole links-style course on-site. Walk along the on-site boardwalk with loved ones, then around the evening, head back to your townhome, and settle in on the patio as you take a deep and refreshing breath of air. THINGS TO KNOW
Majorr construction is occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible, and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
