Modern 4 bedroom 2 bath house in the heart of Scottsdale w/ 2 parking spots. If you are looking for a modern, spacious and peaceful getaway, with lush landscaping, private pool, mini golf, and lots of comfort for you and your family or friend group - Look no further, we got you!

This entire home was just remodeled and is now set up for all your vacation needs! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the main house with an additional bedroom located in the back yard next to the pool. The kitchen has been fully stocked for all your at home cooking needs with modern appliances and dining table that seats 8. Smart TV's located in the living room, master bedroom, and one of the guests bedrooms. Backyard is totally set up for you with sparkling pool, BBQ, sun loungers, and couch seating.

Sleeping arrangements:

Master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached bathroom
Guest bedrooms 1 & 2 have one queen bed each
Pool side bedroom has 2 twin sized beds
Additional queen sized air mattress is available for rent upon request

Guests will have complete access to the property through an electronic access lock on the front door.

We do Self-Checkin - meaning that you can checkin on your own ANYTIME after 4pm.

Please be aware that there will be additional fees automatically applied for each guest after the 8th. It is an additional $75 each for a 9th and 10th guest. Only applied if the additional guests will be staying in the unit overnight :)

*RENTALS MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECKIN*

- Queen Air Mattress is Available to Rent During Your Stay for an Additional $30 Flat Fee for guests 9&10.

- GRACO Pack 'n' Play is Available to Rent During Your Stay for an Additional $30 Flat Fee.

- High Chair is Available to Rent During Your Stay for an Additional $20 Flat Fee.

If the unit is vacant one day prior to your arrival, we can offer Early Checkin for an additional flat fee of $30 :)

Checkout is at 11am sharp! An unplanned/uncommunicated late checkout anytime after 11:30 am will result in a $30 Late Checkout Fee. For every hour past 11:30 am, an additional $30 Fee will be applied until the unit has been vacated.

We may allow a pet upon request. There is a $250 fully refundable Pet Deposit required to cover any accidental damage to the furniture, walls, floors or unit. Payment can be sent through Airbnb and the deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours after checkout and inspection of the unit. If the unit does require any amount of additional cleaning such as for hair removal, or damage repairs, etc then all costs associated will be deducted directly from the $250 pet deposit. Pets are treated as an extra guest, therefore there is an additional $35 charge per pet per night which can also be sent through Airbnb along with the deposit. If you are interested, we require the animal's breed, weight, a reference photo to be provided to us prior to check-in. No fees will be charged for service animals, we just ask that you disclose: Whether the assistance animal is required because of a disability & What work or task the animal has been trained to perform.

Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in the property! Any evidence of smoking (vape, tobacco, marijuana, etc) will lead to a $1000 fine, as well as an additional deep cleaning fee of $200.

Disappointing

The house was generally nice, but there were some issues. The biggest being that the hall bathroom shower was unusable. I contacted the host, which is a company. The said somebody was coming to take care of it, but they never came and the 4 if us had to share the master shower each day. Most of kitchen supplies were found in the dishwasher, but dirty. There was no pods for dishwasher as promised. We bought some. Coffee maker had old coffee and grounds left in it Master shower leaked out into floor requiring a towel to keep the flood at bay. In general, it was just ok and I recommend you have somebody stay at the house sometime to see what needs attention.

Great location, filled all of our needs.

Drain in master bath had problems draining along with the sink in the guest bathroom. Some issues unlocking the front door. Otherwise we had a great time

Just OK

The location was a short drive to downtown Scottsdale, which was wonderful. Moldy food was found in the cabinets, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, hairs on the bathroom counter... This did not ruin our trip, it just did not give an overall good impression. There was not enough hot water for 2 quick showers which did no good since there were 4 adults staying in the house.

Great location. Comfortable house.

We really enjoyed our time at this house. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. If the weather was warmer, the pool would’ve been a great asset. We used the mini golf putt putt green a few times. The property manager was responsive to a couple questions via text message.

Attending family wedding in PHX

The house is in a great location and was plenty big enough for the 7 of us. House was nicely decorated and the kitchen is huge. Had a putting tournament in the back yard. Now for the down side: the 4th bedroom is separate and in the back yard. It got down into the 30s at night and the heater in the room was not working. There was no key to the back door if the person in the outside room needed to come inside during the night. So we could not lock up the house. The pool was not heated as advertised. The ice in the fridge was pink and smelled horrible. I'm still waiting for a response from the Property Manager and it's been over a week.
