You and YOUR family will have plenty of room to spread out with . . . a living room, 2 dens and a spacious screened porch that is perfect for cocktails, playing games or just hanging out! Offering 2 first floor bedrooms and 3 second floor bedrooms, it is perfect for a multi-generational group. In a short walk, you could find yourself sunbathing and swimming at the beach, taking the kiddies on the renowned boardwalk rides at Funland, browsing in the many unique shops, or dining in one of the fine restaurants or cafes in downtown Rehoboth. Hop on your bicycle and take a ride to the Gordon's Pond State Park. This park also offers the entrance to the bike trail that takes you to the historic town of Lewes, DE! Feel like dining in? You'll love the updated and spacious kitchen and gas barbeque grill, which will delight the chef in your group. Bonus: home offers a driveway for 2 cars and the owner provides 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits for guest use. Other amenities include Outside Shower, CAC, In-home Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, 2nd Fridge/Freezer in basement, Rinnai Endless Hot Water, Wifi and a Smart TV for streaming. No Pets or Smoking. Book today while there are still prime weeks available. Guests pay a $200.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Comfortable, Clean, & Convenient!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From check-in to check-out, our experience with BH was seamless and supportive. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 5 and our joyous chaos felt right at home in our rental off of Stockley. The spacious kitchen and open floor plan of the first floor made meal making while toddler supervising easy. The small kid friendly touches like the chalk and beach toys left for our use made our kids happy, and therefore, the adults were happy too. We would love to rent this same house again, but we are hoping for something just a touch closer to the beach as we have lots of beach gear to tote and crossing both beach roads was totally manageable but afforded us beach time only once a day. The location truly is amazing but even more so if you don’t have a flock of very small children. We had the best time and our rental enhanced our vacation!

A fine time in Rehoboth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house we rented was excellent for our family. The large kitchen, dining room, living room worked well for all. We spent time on the screened in front porch and used the grill in the back yard. Beautiful house and well cared for.

Great Vacation!!

This home was perfect for a large family gathering. Location was perfect! Beach, Restaurants, Shops, and Fun Land were all just a short walk away. Our grandson (18 months) made excellent use of the blowup pool and other beach accessories left for us to use.

Home Away from Home

This property, more than any other we have stayed in, was very well supplied with anything we could need for a week down the shore. The owners are very thoughtful about providing kitchen supplies, hand soap, even toys and games for the kids. There was a very homey atmosphere and we loved the screened in porch. Much appreciated!

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and the location. Kim was very pleasant and a great help from our first contact until we left. Problems were immediately handled by your group.. The only recommendation we have is the screens doors on the front porch should go in instead of out. When they are opened out they prevent access to the railings. This was a hindrance to the old ones, but we used the back door. No problem
