As you enter the main living space you’ll notice the open floor plan and vaulted ceilings offer an open and spacious environment for you and your guests. Relax on the couch as you watch your favorite tv show or movie. This sofa also pulls out into a queen size bed for additional sleeping space. Cozy up in front of the fireplace as you watch the snow fall. Steps away the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal from home. The dining table provides seating for four guests. A full size washer and dryer is also available for you to use during your stay.

Head out to the backyard to enjoy the fresh mountain air under the shade of towering pine trees. Plenty of space can be found in this backyard, perfect for letting the kids explore. Barbecue on the propane grill as you listen to the sounds of nature or sit back and relax in the large jetted hot tub.

When it’s time to settle down for the night, head back inside where you’ll find two bedrooms perfectly designed with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom offers a plush king size bed while the second offers a queen.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster location:
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite.
Please dispose of your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is: 713 Stocker Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
