Looking for a Cozy Retreat? We’ve got it! This updated, 3rd row beachside vacation rental has all the comforts of home – private bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, nicely appointed bedrooms & more – but at the beach!

Only 10 miles from the heart of The Strand Historic District and 7 houses away from the beach access, Cozy Retreat is the perfect choice for families or couples vacationing together. Full of calming neutrals and bright pops of aqua, this beach house is ready to welcome you.

In the open living area, you’ll find high ceilings, walls of windows, cozy seating, a TV and a layout that’s perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. The dining table easily seats 4, and there’s room for 2 more at the nearby island. You’ll find all the dishes, utensils, pots, pans & glasses you need for your family chef tucked away in the cabinets.

Three private bedrooms let everyone have their own space. The primary king suite features a king size bed, recliner, and luxurious en suite bath with a seat & grab bar in the walk-in shower. Down the hall, the queen bedroom has classic wicker detailing and a bench for easy luggage management. The third bedroom boasts 2 twin beds, a twin trundle, built-in clothing storage, and a tall dresser that’s ideal for making yourself right at home. The guest bath in the hall features convenient cubbies to help keep everyone’s toiletries organized.

You’ll love spending hours on the deep, partially covered deck. A wide assortment of outdoor seating plus a patio dining set gives your group lots of space to spread out. BBQ on the ground level patio or rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a day of fun in the salt, sand & surf. No matter how you choose to spend your time – on the deck, on the beach, or wandering the shops & galleries downtown – we know you’ll love this Cozy Retreat as much as we do.

Rick’s Beach Rentals is another West End favorite for renting golf carts, kayaks, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach wheelchairs and more. They’ll drop off & pick up right at your beach house, so all you have to do is enjoy!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

It’s a great property
It’s a beautiful place and close to the beach. The place was very cool when we came in and very clean! It was a quiet neighborhood, and no cars on the beach which was so nice for our kiddos on the beach. I highly recommend staying and we would go back!

Good house
We enjoyed our stay in this house. We had a few issues but properly management took care of them immediately! Our only issue was that the beds were very uncomfortable. Overall a good house close to the beach.
