Salty Hollow: A beautiful, modern oceanfront studio at High Point South! This third-level end-unit condo has breathtaking views of the ocean and pool down below, and was completely remodeled. The private bed area with a king size bed can be closed off with accordion doors.

Relax after sunbathing in the new walk-in shower with rain head. Roku TV with full programming, electric fireplace, and high-speed Xfinity internet (dedicated router in condo). Lots of seating options on balcony!

Salty Hollow is a stunning studio condo that sleeps 4 guests, featuring a king bed and a queen sofa bed. Guests are also able to use the full kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and in-unit laundry.

Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.

Guests will have full access to the condo, and access is provided via smart lock. We'll message your unique access code at the time of check in. The building also features an outdoor pool (open in the summer). In addition to the free in-unit laundry, there's also coin operated laundry next to the elevators.

This North Ocean City location is near many great bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and beautiful 58 acre North Side Park. The park has a fishing/crabbing pier, walking/jogging/biking path, sports fields, playground, outdoor fitness area, and a rec center with many classes! The iconic OC boardwalk is a short drive or bus ride away.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

* May 15th through October 31st: Guests must pay a parking fee upon arrival to building - $50/stay (per car, max 2) Please know that this fee is subject to change at the building's discretion.
* Maximum occupancy of 4
* Outdoor pool is open seasonally, generally starting the week before Memorial Day until mid-September.
* Check-out time is 10am, please be sure to depart promptly as we use a professional cleaning company that requires access after 10am.
* Guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash down the trash chute, which can be found along the outdoor walkway of each floor.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish tablets.
* Guests that violate the Town of Ocean City Noise Ordinance or Condo Association rules may face immediate eviction.

Our Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% of the nightly rate, plus the cleaning fee.
If guests cancel within 7 stays of check in, no refund will be sent.
