Central location, spacious, 1 bed, 1 bath in historic Gem House Tri-Plex. Featuring a well-equipped kitchen.

Spacious living, bedroom and kitchen. Upstairs space in the Gem House has a unique charm, is very clean, with new bedding and updated decor, featuring work of local artists.

ABOUT THE SPACE
The apartment is located, privately, on the top floor of the Tri-Plex. You'll access it from the side of the home and up the stairs. At the landing of the stairs you'll find a quiant seating area and the main door.

INSIDE
Once inside, you're greeted by a cozy great room with a couch, chair, Smart TV with Roku stick (you can log in to your accounts), dining table and kitchen.

The bedroom is spacious and has a large dresser and a large closet.

The bathroom is right off the great room and it's stocked for your stay.

OUTSIDE
Downstairs you'll find a shared laundry room just off the covered patio. Feel free to make yourself comfortable in the shared back yard and patio space.
