Arrived at house & other peoples things were there In kitchen dining table & bedrooms

Host sent us to several different houses non were Either clean or had enough towels ( 1 towel per room) we were 7 adults Had to find other Accommodations Hotel and had to spend several thousand dollars more for our last minute 3 day stay

Crusty Luxe

The property owners really should shut this VRBO down for repairs and upgrades before charging money to stay here. It is very clearly a lazy/bare minimum (at best) property with no actual thought to the comfort of people staying there. It had been CLEANED - the bed sheets, for example, were clean and comfortable. However, the unit itself is so run down and crusty. Everywhere you looked there were structural issues. The trash can couldn't pull out/was stuck. The hand soap was empty. The silverware drawer simply just fell out. The bar stools were disgusting - food baked into the rope-fabric and were insanely uncomfortable. The couch was worn/pilling all over. The walls and floors were very dinged up. There were holes in the ceiling with random tech/pipes? poking out. One of the bedrooms' power wasn't working (was fixed by maintenance). In that same bathroom, there were tons of little bugs coming out of the drain of the shower. The sandbags for the corn hole in the backyard were all moldy. Many side tables were wobbly, ESPECIALLY the one in the living room next to the couch. The remotes for the upstairs tv were dead (but had a $150 fine threat on the back lol) There were no wine glasses or anything of the sort. There were cobwebs all over the windows, and I found a used qtip under my bathroom counter... There was not a single full length mirror in the entire house... The entire place smelled so rank of weed we had to call - they lit candles. Would not stay again...

Great for a group!

My friends and I stayed here for Christmas 2023 weekend and it was perfect for a large group of people! Not only was there ample space, but the house was so spacious!! What an amazing stay! The house had everything our large group needed and was so close to everything! We were only 8 minutes away from 3rd street

After a few initial communication problems all was attended to professionally and efficiently House is comfortable and spacious and well appointed

Good for what we needed

Overall, the house served us well. A few minor disappointments, such as mosquitoes in the house when we arrived and subpar overall cleanliness, but other than that, highly recommend! Super fun house for a large group.
