The Downtown area is host to some of Birmingham’s best features. Enjoy being only 8 minutes from all of Downtown Birmingham and only 5 minutes from the University of Alabama At Birmingham. Enjoy some of Birmginham’s best eats at: -Highlands Bar & Grill - Located at 2011 11th Ave S, it's approximately a 6-minute drive. -El Barrio Restaurante Y Bar - it's only about a 4-minute drive. -Café Dupont - it's approximately a 5-minute drive. -OvenBird - it's approximately a 9-minute drive away. -The Pizitz Food Hall - it's approximately a 4-minute drive. As well as some of Birmingham’s best activities at the Birmingham Zoo (10 minutes drive) and Birmingham Museum of Art ( 4 minutes drive).

Car: If you have a car, you can easily explore the city and its surrounding areas. Birmingham has well-maintained roads and highways, making it easy to navigate and reach various destinations. Rideshare Services: Services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in Birmingham. Simply download the respective app on your smartphone and request a ride whenever you need to travel within the city. Walking: The downtown area of Birmingham, is pedestrian-friendly. You can enjoy a leisurely stroll to nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and parks in the vicinity. Bicycles: Birmingham offers bike-sharing programs like Zyp BikeShare, which provide bicycles for rent. This option is a great way to explore the city at your own pace while enjoying the pleasant weather and nearby bike lanes. Public Transportation: Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority (BJCTA) operates bus services throughout the city. You can access various bus stops nearby to reach different parts of Birmingham, including shopping areas, entertainment venues, and other attractions.
