Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon favorite drink on the main level or master bedroom balconies. Included with this property is high speed internet/wifi, 2 assigned parking spaces, central A/C and a washer and dryer. You can stream from the large TV in the living room (with your login credentials) and also from the TV in the main bedroom via firestick. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, a twin bed and a twin trundle so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. The kitchen has all the essentials you need for cooking your vacation meals. You can also bring your boat, jet ski or favorite water toy and dock it in the boat slip. Contact us if you have questions about the slip but generally it will accommodate a 23 ft. boat or smaller. The home is perfectly located for a great Ocean City family vacation!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property.

*Property comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $107.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
