**🔇 Noise:** Rest assured, our house is equipped with non-intrusive Noise Monitoring Devices, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay.

**📷 Security:** For added safety, we have installed outdoor security cameras on the front door and side deck to provide a sense of security during your stay (cameras are only on the entryway and driveway and no cameras are in the home's interior).

**❄️ Ice and Water Dispenser:** Please note that the icemaker and water dispenser on the fridge are currently not in working order.

**🚪 Entry Instructions:** Guests should use the front door for entry. Look for the silver lock with the "Yale" label. There is another keypad lock on the property but if it does not say "Yale," you are at the wrong one.

**🍔 Grill Usage:** If the property has a grill, please be aware that guests are responsible for bringing their own propane to fire up the barbecue and savor some delicious meals. 🍖🔥
