Welcome to the beautiful & custom built, Sea La Vie! This updated, modern home features coastal flares, tasteful decor and wonderful water views. This home is located on the Virginia Creek in Surf City. You can find several shops, restaurants, grocery stores and more all within a short drive away. Large & spacious decks, oversized glass windows, natural sunlight throughout and a private dock with a boat lift makes this home a true boater's paradise and nature lovers dream.

This home features 2600 sq. ft. of living space and is the perfect size for a large family or group of friends. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there's enough room for everyone to spread out, yet still be under one roof. The primary bedroom features a King sized bed, Tv, ceiling fan and plenty of storage space for clothes. There is a large, luxurious ensuite bathroom with double sinks and both, a shower and soaker tub. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the beautiful views overlooking the water way right from the private deck! The bunk room in this home is perfect for the kids and offers two sets of twin bunks, with a total of 4 beds. There is one full hall bath with a shower/tub combo. There is an additional bedroom featuring a Queen bedroom, and the 4th bedroom offers another King sized bed.

The chef in the family will love the fully equipped kitchen, open layout and the views overlooking the water way. There is a large island that offers plenty of seating in addition to the dining room seating. The living room is a comfortable place to relax, enjoy conversation and watch movies. Head on out to the deck and catch a beautiful sunset over the water way. I promise that you will never want to leave the beautiful views and serenity that this home offers!

Wonderful family trip
My wife, 2 year old, my mother, myself, and our dog stayed for 5 days. The house is gorgeous, pictures do not do it justice. The stay and accommodations were perfect. The property managers are really on the ball and made the quality of our stay a priority. I brought my own kayak to fish in, launching right off the dock was easy. There were also kayaks there for my wife to use and the little one even went out with me for a bit. Fairly private and secluded, waterfront and 15 minutes from the beach, you cant beat it. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous house with stunning views!
This house is absolutely gorgeous and location is perfect. It is exactly like the pictures and well maintained and clean. We enjoyed spending time on the beautiful deck and dock. The host was very responsive as well. We we definitely be back!

Breathtaking Sunset Views
This property is one of the best we stayed at this summer. It is close to the Inter-coastal Waterway and a short boat ride to sandbars, beaches, and restaurants. The house is located in Virginia's creek, which had great fishing, even if you just fished from the dock. My wife and I will be going back and will most likely stay here again if its available. The attention to detail and the Hospitality Service was above and beyond. This is a perfect example of how a vacation should feel. Everyone involved should be very proud of the product and experince they have put together. First Class!!!
