Each of the 3 units has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a plentiful supply of premiere linens for your every comfort. This complex can sleep 12 in beds; 18 if the full sleeper sofas are used. Maximum occupancy is 18 at all times. Additional amenities include a shared coin operated washer and dryer along the outside of this building. There is also WIFI and cable, and 4 off street parking spaces for this compound booking (compact vehicles only).

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties. NO EXCEPTIONS! Smoking is not permitted on city sidewalks or beaches either.
This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning.
This compound booking/units span two stories. Some people may not be comfortable with this, so please ensure you are, before booking.
Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a $225 fee for each pet. Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets. Unauthorized pets will not be tolerated.

7-night minimum in Peak Season :: 3-night reservation during off season, 4-night minimum during holidays

We do not accept American Express and Discover. San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
