Welcome to Desert Amber! Ride up the driveway to the home nestled in between the boulders. Wake up to the gorgeous views of surrounding nature with the large bedroom windows. Gather with your loved ones in cozy thoughtful spaces throughout the house.

Enjoy the tranquility of nature outside with your numerous personal spa options including a sauna, hot tub, ping pong table, pool, dining area, and more. For the adventurous souls, climb up the boulders to your own private views!
AMENITIES:
We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!

ENTRY:
Facing the front door (big red doors) to your right side you will find a black lock box on the faucet. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The whole space is fully fenced and features a hot tub, propane fire pit, sauna, cowboy pool, hammocks, tanning chairs, outdoor dining, and more! Additionally, the backyard backs up to a mountain with boulders for a secluded experience.

PARKING:
The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Please make sure NOT to park on the street. Yucca Valley is extremely strict which can come with heavy fines. You're welcome to park anywhere on the driveway.

THE DRIVE:
The drive is on a slight uphill through the mountain on all paved roads. It is manageable by a non four wheel drive vehicle.

INTERNET:
This house features high speed internet connection (500 Mbps) that is suitable for work from home arrangements. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Two Queen size beds
Bedroom 3: King size bed

Note: The living room is equipped with a pull-out couch

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and COWBOY POOL
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

• We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.

• No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.

• Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.

• Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub

• Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.

Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.

POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Tuesday and Friday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa.

SECURITY:
One Ring doorbell security camera is located at the front of the house for your safety. NO cameras are located inside the property or the backyard.

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.

Private neighborhood with paved roads that is close to Yucca Valley town and 10-15 minute drive to Joshua Tree.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.
The guest will have access to the full home and outdoor area during their stay. They may access the house by unlocking the master lock box which contains the key to the property.
