Located in the vibrant community of Cape Harbour, this resort condo complex offers a wide range of amenities and activities. Bike rentals, boat rentals, and kayaking opportunities are available for you to explore the area's natural beauty. Cape Harbour itself features four waterfront restaurants, a gourmet market, upscale shopping, art galleries, and deep water boat slips, ensuring you have everything you need right at your doorstep.

The clubhouse amenities include a fitness center, pool, spa/hot tub, and RV/boat storage. You can take advantage of the heated pool during the winter months and enjoy a workout in the well-equipped fitness room that has treadmills, elliptical machines, weights, and a stationary bike. There are also two pools available, with the main pool offering gorgeous views of the harbor and the other pool located at the clubhouse, just a short walk away.

One of the highlights of this condo is the two enclosed balconies. The larger balcony boasts a dining area and both offer breathtaking gulf views. You can relax and indulge in panoramic views of the bay, stretching from Fort Myers to Sanibel, while enjoying your morning coffee or witnessing the beautiful Florida sunsets in the evenings.

The large kitchen features modern appliances and all the utensils needed, making it a dream for cooking enthusiasts. A separate dining area provides a cozy space to enjoy meals with your loved ones. Spread out comfortably in the sunny living area, equipped with comfy sofas in front of a large smart TV. This is a fantastic spot to unwind with your loved ones, watch movies, plan your next adventures, or solve a puzzle. For your convenience, a washer/dryer is available within the condo, allowing you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

This condo requires an HOA application to be completed and emailed back to Vacasa within 3 days of booking.
Pets are not allowed in this community per HOA rules. Documents for service animals must be submitted to the HOA directly for approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
