Lake House style condo located in downtown Eureka Springs. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, entrainment and more. Located just 1.5 miles from The Great Passion Play, 9.5 miles to the Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, 3.4 miles from Thorncrown Chapel, 5.9 miles to Quigley's Castle. 5.4 miles to Lake Leatherwood, 8.2 miles to Blue Spring, 5 miles to Eureka Zipline, 1.9 miles to Just Bee Coffee Bar, & .8 miles to The Cresent Hotel.

The Space:
This cool cozy space is designed to be enjoyable after a fun day of shopping, exploring, and checking out all that Eureka Springs has to offer. It was designed to be comfortable and inviting with a studio style set-up. This is 1 unit in a 4-unit house. There are no shared spaces. There is also parking at the house with 1 spot per unit. There is an open space when you walk in with a tv equipped with Roku, 2 queen beds, mini fridge, microwave, and small table and chairs. Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved.
Rules are that the dog must be on a leash when outside in the neighborhood. Please kindly pick up after your pet. Dogs must stay off of the furniture and are required to be crated if you are going to be away from the house. Please do not leave pet unsupervised.

We are downtown Eureka Springs and within walking distance to so many things. See the summery for distances to many well-known attractions.

Getting Around:
Walk, bike, drive, trolly.

It was good for the most part.

It was very clean and comfortable overall and in a great beautiful location! We did have trouble with communication with the property owner regarding changing our reservation and the scent of the air freshener in the apartment was overpowering to the point it gave me a headache. So we probably won’t stay here again unfortunately with the abundance of places to stay in the town.

Disappointing

Pictures showed this place to be bigger. Very small for four people. I wish the owner had been up front about this. It could have been cleaner. The pic also appeared to have its own porch, it was shared and very small. Also, it appeared to be a bottom floor. There was a lot of stairs which was very difficult for my 66 year old sister. No trash bags or extra toilet tissue.

Peaceful and perfect

My sister and I stayed the weekend and the room and location was absolutely perfect. It is a short walk to downtown. The property was peaceful and very charming. We cannot wait to return and stay again.
