This spacious & luxurious townhome is located right off of 395 in a quiet, family neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. It also offers private garage parking as well as a driveway.

This 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom (2250 sqft) townhome sleeps 8 and delivers top of the line luxury to include a newly renovated open concept main floor, 65" Sony TV w/ Sonos Soundbar (including Flex and Apple TV), super high speed internet, motorized (voice controlled) blackout shades, Sonos speakers on each level, granite counter tops, a large island, breakfast bar and plenty of dishes, pots, and pans to enjoy group meals whether you want to order in or cook up a storm.

Ready to ride? Within 15 minutes you can be at our nation's capital soaking in all the sights! Don't feel like driving? The metro station is one mile away and you can catch a bus from right outside the front door.

Need snacks? There's a 7/11 a forty-five second walk from the front door and better yet, a Safeway grocery store 1/4 mile away from the property located in Van Dorn Plaza.

Fantastic stay

Our family of four had a great stay at this townhouse in Alexandria. We were in the area for some college tours for my son, and found the location very convenient. We drove down to Richmond, spent some time in Old Town Alexandria, and time in DC. The townhouse was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Ben was fantastic- friendly, easy to communicate with, and provided great suggestions / recommendations. The check-in and out process was also very easy. I’d highly recommend this spot for a stay in the DC area and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

A great space in a great place

We stayed for 5 days over the Christmas holidays. The townhouse was very spacious, clean, and functional for our party of 4. The location in Alexandria was great because we have family in Tyson’s Corner, Mount Vernon, and wanted to visit DC proper. As far as the property itself, we felt very welcome there and communication with the owner was exactly what we needed when we needed it. The kitchen has everything, the sectional was great for relaxing and watching tv with the Fam, and the beds were comfy. There is even a nice Alvarez guitar if you want to strum a little. We will definitely stay there the next time we visit.

The townhome is located in a small townhouse neighborhood consisting of only a few streets. What I enjoy the most about my neighborhood are the neighbors! This is the first home I've lived in since I was a child that I actually know my neighbors and speak to them on a regular basis!

What makes my property unique is that I live here personally at times throughout the year. Most VRBO properties nowadays are put together for the sole purpose of running a business and the hosts fail to pay attention to the small details in order to earn a quick buck. My property is modern, clean, organized, fully equipped, and Smart home friendly because that is the type of home I enjoy living in.
