Experience this recently updated, cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom bungalow featuring a charming outdoor space, ideally located within walking distance of all East Austin has to offer. The home is nestled amidst an array of exceptional dining options, coffee shops, parks, pickleball courts, and grocery stores. Conveniently positioned just a short drive away from UT, downtown, Lady Bird Lake, trails, and all the other captivating attractions that define the Austin lifestyle.

The home features an open kitchen, living, and dining area. Freshly renovated with modern furnishings, a bright color palette, and recent updates you will experience comfort and convenience. Each of the two bedrooms is appointed with a plush queen-size bed with a shared bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room as well that sleeps an additional 2 people (see pictures).

**Pet-Friendly Guidelines:**
We love dogs and being able to travel with them so we want to be able to provide that opportunity to our guests as well. We want to also be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and the home, so please read the rules below and make sure you will be able to follow them prior to booking:
1. We do allow up to 2 dogs to stay in our home during a stay (no other pets allowed due to allergies). There is a $75 fee per dog when booking.
2. Clean up yard using provided scoop and bags
3. Potty-trained pets only; please clean accidents immediately
4. Please do not allow dogs not on furniture to preserve property
5. Well-behaved dogs only; no aggressive behavior or excessive barking

Nice eclipse getaway

Our family enjoyed staying at this adorable home in the heart of Austin. Our doggies appreciated the fencing surrounding the entire property. Many restaurants, HEB, coffee shops, and brewery were within walking distance. It was very interesting to see the gentrification taking place in the neighborhood.

Great place for 4 days

The location was less than 10 min to everything we wanted in Austin, and a little over an hour to San Antonio. The kids played in the cowboy pool while we lounged in the hammock and the covered porch. It was awesome. The house was clean and had all the things we needed. The fenced in parking added an extra touch of comfort although the neighbors were very friendly. The property owners were readily available although we never needed them.

Perfect place for a quick getaway

My friends and I were in town for a concert. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very quaint, safe, and walkable and close to so many places that are unique and interesting about Austin. I heard nothing but compliments from my friends for me booking this place. I highly recommend staying here for a quick getaway or a nice vacation with a small group or a couple. The owners were very friendly and helpful and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Brief Stay in Austin

This is a nice little house for a quick getaway with quick access to downtown Austin and UT. We came in the night before to watch the UT - BYU game and really enjoyed the setup. Its on the smaller side but given the location that is to be expected. We arrived late but the next day I was able to go on a nice 4 mile jog and there look to be a lot of cool things to do if you wanted to come for a nice weekend getaway.
