Walk to 12South, The Gulch or ride less than a mile to downtown, Belmont, and Vanderbilt. This house is a rare gem - 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 1/2 , spacious rooms with high ceilings, beautiful views, large walk-in closets, washer/dryer, fireplace, outdoor areas to enjoy on the rooftop with a view of downtown, two living areas and all the amenities of home .
We are in an urban area you may hear the sites and sounds of the city during your stay.
We give you start up supplies to get you settled till you can go to the store additional supplies are your responsibility as you are a longer stay guest.

A fitting introduction for Music Row, as he did record over 200 songs here at RCA Studio B, which would be a great place to take your friends and family for a tour, as they trickle in to visit you here.
