Welcome to our pet-friendly 3-bed, 2-bath surf paradise! Enjoy seamless beach access (a 4 minute stroll), game room, screened patio, and gourmet kitchen with several coffee brewing options. For the beach we provide towels, umbrella, chairs, skim board, and beach wagon.

Cocoa Beach has an Old Floriday vibe. The area gives host to savory and contemporary dining experiences in casual atmospheres. There are a variety of activities in close range: Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, Disney (1 hour drive), Deep Sea Fishing, Surf fishing, River Fishing, Kayaking, and the Maritime Forest at Lori Wilson Park.. Ron Jon's Surf shop and Cocoa Beach Pier are hot spots to visit. Take a lesson from Ron Jon's, rent a board, or bring your own. Surf's Up in Cocoa Beach!
Driving and/or walking are both common in Cocoa Beach. From the house Ron Jon's is a 15 minute walk. Cocoa Beach Pier is a 20 - 25 minute walk down the beach. Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canavaral are both a 10 minute drive.
Pet approval needed prior to booking - $224 pet fee per stay. We have two actively recording cameras: one on the front of the house overlooking the driveway and front yard of the house and one door bell camera which records activity at the front door and sidewalk. All devices are on the exterior of the home.

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Cocoa Beach e vanta una posizione strategica sul mare. Port Canaveral e Cocoa Beach Pier sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, il non plus ultra è Centro Commerciale The Avenue Viera. Viaggi con dei bambini? Clean, convenient and has everything you need.

Great property. Plenty to do for all within the home. Enjoyed the game room, it’s the garage but doesn’t feel like it with the AC and all. Had all beach supplies, short easy walk to the beach too. Plenty of space to spread out. We’d stay again and recommend to anyone.

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient

This is a very clean home in a convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. The home is in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic noise. The host is thoughtful, great with communication, and provides a notebook with any information you need about your stay. The beach is a very short walk away. This property is perfect for adults or families with kids, plenty of activities provided to keep everyone busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding home minutes to the beach

My husband and I stay at VRBO Properties frequently and this is by far our absolute top pick! Not only is the location perfect walking distance to the beach but the owner's obviously put a great deal of thought into the comfort of their guests.

We were born and raised in the South, and beach trips were always the destination for school breaks and vacations. We love the outdoors and the beach is still one of our favorite places to be. We are excited to share our home and hope you will fall in love with Cocoa Beach as much as we have.

Our home is one of the closest vacation rental homes to the beach. While it has an "Old Florida" look on the outside, the inside has been updated to give a comfortable, modern feel. The open floor plan makes interacting with everyone easy and fun. And speacking of fun....our game room makes our home a super family friendly place to stay. Kids and adults alike will enjoy PacMan, pool, darts, and more. It's sure to create fun memory making moments with family and friends. Two of the bedrooms open up (via sliding doors) to the back patio where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. We have stocked our kitchen exceptionally well for even the fussiest of cooks. And, we offer a range of brewing options for coffee (because coffee is the most improtant meal of the day!) As far as beach supplies, you are set. We supply beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and a beach wagon with those marvelous balloon wheels! You'll be the envy of all the other groups on the beach.
