Welcome to Crown & Crest Properties with panoramic sunrise views abound at this spacious lake house offering waterfront views of Lake Catherine from almost every room. A hiking trail leads to the water where you can enjoy a private boat dock and separate fishing piers during your stay. Large, open floor plan with 3 main levels designed for comfort. This home has 6
bedrooms, 3.5 bath and 4000 sq' of gathering space ideal for couples or large groups. Main home
sleeps 12 with an optional detached, fully-equipped cottage for two.
TOP FLOOR: bedroom #1: 2 twin beds I bedroom #2: full-sized bed with full-sized trundle I open loft overlooking the main living area is great for a quiet space or kids play area.
MAIN FLOOR: bedroom #1: king suite I bedroom #2: king bed I living area I 70 inch flat screen tv I dining room I upscale kitchen with stainless steel appliance and granite countertops. The main floor also houses a bar with seating for mixing your favorite cocktail before venturing out to the open deck to barbecue and take in the scenery.
LOWER LEVEL: bedroom #1: king bed I bedroom #2 queen bed I family room I mini bar I 65 inch TV.
Enjoy outdoor living from the lower-level covered deck and take in the scenery.
Enjoy a hidden-away, outdoorsy feeling while relaxing on the hammock of this wooded 2.5 acre
property which offers hiking, fishing, boating and 2 kayaks equipped with life-vests and paddles.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home, our stay was absolutely delightful! We had such a great time, all of our needs and more were met, you thought of everything! There was plenty of room for all of us, great communal spaces for cooking, eating, board games, and NCAA basketball championship viewing. The private spaces were great, water pressure in the showers was fantastic, and the beds were very comfortable. We had perfect access to view the eclipse! Enjoyed time on both decks and in the yard. AND the wonderful massage chair! Thanks again it was fabulous experience!

Hot Springs get away.

This is a beautiful home. Plenty of space. Beautiful sunrises over the quiet lake. We wish we could have stayed longer. The home is well stocked with almost everything you need. The only thing missing is a hairdryer. We brought jeeps to go wheeling at Hot Springs off road park. There is plenty of room for parking but the drive is too tight to turn around a truck with 20 foot trailer. We ended up backing in from the end of the street. We had room to spare in the drive with 3 full sized trucks pulling 20 foot trailers and a Jeep. We will stay here again the next time we go wheeling.

Great multi-family trip!

We really enjoyed this house, with its many amenities and access to the lake. It was well stocked with everything needed to enjoy a weekend away. The beds were comfy, nice appliances, and a beautiful view. Management was quick to respond when we had an issue with the thermostat. Overall great experience!

Great Family Vacation!

This was a great spot for our family vacation! We had 10 people ranging from two to 68 years old and everyone had a blast. There were a few snafus with the property management company representing the owners but overall it was a good experience.
