Welcome to Bradford House!

This beautiful and modern 2/ 2 Baltimore style rowhome perfect for guests who are looking for a simple, clean, feature-rich home with a GREAT location! The property is very close to Johns Hopkins Hospital (walking distance) and area parks, Starbucks, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, and Bloomberg School of Public Health. The neighborhood is fairly quiet with mostly young Hopkins professionals and small families.

Perfect size for 2 travelers (typcially travel nurses or local graduate students since bookings have to be at least 90 days) looking to explore Baltimore, MD and have room to spread out. It has a Smart T.V., internet access, and a full kitchen, making it a great choice whether you're in town for business or pleasure.

The Front Bedroom faces the morning sun w/ two large windows:
- queen bed w/ two nightstands
- remote operated ceiling fan
- wall-mounted TV with Amazon firestick
- two closets w/ hamper

The Back Bedroom consists of a:
- full size bed w/ drawers
- one nightstand and closet
- wall shelving and hamper

The home has two full bathrooms, one upstairs with a large soaking tub and and the second glass stall shower bathroom in the finished basement next to the workout area equipped with with dumbbells, mirror, bench and floor mat.

Spectacularly appointed kitchen with:

An office space with a large desk, desk chair and bookcase can be found in the back room off the kitchen.

I grew up in South Jersey and have lived in the Baltimore area for about five years. I spend a lot of time in DC and Philadelphia seeing friends and family and work remotely. I worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Anne Arundel Medical Center as an Epic analyst in the past and love being able to service travel nurses and medical students coming to the Baltimore area. Of course, my home is open to everyone, but the location of being so close to JHH, Bayview and Univ of MD is a huge benefit for those travelers.

My neighborhood consists of mostly other Hopkins professionals, young familiies and older resisdents welcoming us into the fabric of Baltimore. While I lived in the house for the first five years after its complete remodel, I enjoyed the friendly neighbors, close walking distance to Eager Park and JHH for work meetings, and participating in community events.

This was my first home purchase and I lived in the house for five years before moving into the rental space. Thought and passion were put into the planning and decorations of the house and I take great pride in offering a stylish and clean home for all my guests.
