Two include beautiful views of the lush Sugar Mountain golf course and surrounding mountains. This public course is rated #2 Short Course in the US! As you step inside, you'll immediately feel the warm and inviting ambiance of this mountain retreat.

The open-concept living area is designed for comfort and relaxation. Plush seating arrangements invite you to unwind and enjoy the scenery, perhaps while sipping a glass of wine while watching your favourite team play on the big screen. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making it a breeze to prepare delicious meals. There is a dining table for 8, plus a second table for 4 nearby in the living room. Whether you're cooking up a feast or simply brewing a morning cup of coffee, you'll have everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.

Each of the four suites is a haven of tranquility. Upstairs you'll relax in the king suite with golf course views, or the two twins. Each room has a TV with provided HDMI cords to double as the ultimate workstation. On the lower level are two additional king bedroom suites, one with an extra twin over twin bunkbed and lower deck access. Storage on the deck includes bocce ball, cornhole, ladder ball, and other sports equipment for you to use.

One of the condo's standout features is the private balcony. Here, you can savor your morning coffee or enjoy a meal while taking in the views of the first tee and putting green. The mountain air is crisp, and the scenery is ever-changing with the seasons. The putting green is a few steps from the backyard, and the path leads past the home. Rent your golf cart, then drive over to pick up your clubs before hitting the first tee!

Amenities: As a guest, you'll have access to the condo complex's fantastic amenities. Lace up your tennis shoes and walk over to the nearby tennis courts for a friendly match with friends or family. IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The HOA does not permit pets in the community for rentals. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- There are 2 designated parking spaces, then additional unassigned spots are available within the complex on a first come, first serve basis.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
