Our condo, situated on the second floor, offers access via stairs or one of the three elevators. While the condo’s HOA aims to maintain elevator functionality, any disruptions are beyond Vacay Time’s control and are managed by the condo's discretion.
LINENS AND LAUNDRY:
We provide 1 bath towel per guest, all linens for beds, kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels. Laundry facilities are available to keep everything fresh during your stay as well as a private washer and dryer in the unit.
EXTRAS PROVIDED:
Just a few extras to make your stay better!
• Enjoy our welcome baskets with a few snacks, waters, and coffee/tea setup.
• We also provide the necessities to get you started: 2 standard and 2 oversized trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, a new sponge, dishwasher pods and a Dawn dish soap dispenser.
• Each wash station is equipped with a full-size antibacterial hand soap dispenser for your convenience. Additionally, indulge in the luxurious Beekman 1802 hotel-quality amenities, including full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Homes with a washer/dryer include a few laundry pods and dryer sheets, ensuring every aspect of your stay is covered.
PARKING:
You are responsible for registering your vehicle at the condo’s front desk at check-in. Parking is $10/day (not to exceed $70 in a month).
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the condos amenities, but must register with the front desk at check-in. You will receive access instructions to the unit 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Other Things to Note:
• The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
• Upon check-in, you'll be required to register with the front desk during their earliest business hours following your arrival. Once registered, they will provide you with parking passes, resort passes, and a copy of the condo's rules and regulations.
