Trendy Desert Stay

We really liked this property as well as its location! We found everything in tip top shape, nicely decorated, well accommodated (except maybe a few more bowls - we tend to go through bowls, ha!), beautifully landscaped and everything we could ask for. We would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

The getting into property with different codes for 3) separate entry points was a pain. The place to take the trash on check-out was inconvenient. The one/towel per guest was not adequateBut the place itself was private, funky design and comfortable so overall good. The pool was nice as well

Excellent Stay

The property was exactly as advertised and then some. The location was great as there were restaurants within walking distance and it was in a nice location. I rented it as I was playing in a golf tournament at Mission Hills Country club which was only a 20 minute drive so it was a perfect spot for the quick driver there and back.

It was great until I was harassed everyday either with a phone call or people showing up to the rental. God forbid I bring in some family members to come visit us or hang out in the pool. I felt very uncomfortable after using the pool ONE TIME. We decided not to use the pool after that. Supposedly “automatic messages” were sent out stating that too much noise was made in the rental when WE WERENT EVEN THERE! My kids and I felt very uncomfortable, unsafe, and unwelcome. I believe this was because they saw we were Hispanics. I will not recommend and will never rent this place again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify a few important details regarding your stay. Our team only reached out once via phone call after receiving an automated alert from our noise monitoring system. These noise sensors are installed strictly to ensure compliance with the local City Noise Ordinance and maintain good relations with the community. Additionally, we want to confirm that our management team has no record of sending anyone out to the property at any point during your stay. If anyone visited the property, they were not affiliated with or dispatched by our team. We take all guest concerns seriously and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points. We wish you the best in your future travels.
