This completely remodeled condo combines original details, such as beautiful stones and modern furniture, and an open layout. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful sea breeze and stunning views at any time of the day. Watch a spectacular sunrise from the comfort of this top-floor beachfront condo paradise Just 3 steps from the elevator.

This fully renovated condo sits on Saida Towers in South Padre Island. The living room have big windows that allow you to fully take in the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico Lookout. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a large island where family and friends can gather around to spend quality time together.

This Condo is located in the 6-story beach front Southeast building on the 6th floor. The condo is beach front facing with a spectacular view of Gulf of Mexico and fireworks during summer season. This condo is in the heart of South Padre Island and steps from the water, restaurants, nightlife, and water sports.

Anyone staying at Saida Towers and Royale Beach & Tennis Club between the ages of 10-32 years or considered to be participating in Spring Break activities will be required to purchase and wear a security wristband. This policy will be enforced from March 1, 2026 - April 5, 2026, which includes Easter week. The cost per wristband will be $25 plus tax (17%).

Had such a breathtaking view… the condo was very accommodating, clean and comfortable. I def recommend to anyone who is staying in south padre to book this condo, especially with the great view you will not be disappointed! I can’t wait to come back!

Well maintained house. A must visit facililty if you are planning a cozy and comfortable beach vacation. Mr. Pedro was very responsive. It was comfortable for our family. My kids enjoyed the easy beach access. All in all a beautiful and wonderful experience. Will recommend to my friends & stay again.

First time here but I’m really like it. The condo was clean. Swimming pool and the beach are close to walk. Night time have fireworks at the beach right on front condo so so beautiful. Love this place and will come back with my family again.

The host was great to deal with. Very helpful and extremely quick to respond. The condo was lovely. Location. Is amazing. Great complex with nice pools, easy parking, safely gated. Beach access easy and right outside door. Views from the balcony were beautiful. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. They had shampoo, soap, dish soap, starter amounts of paper towels and TP, coffee and fixings. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely rent this unit again. Would be perfect for families due to easy access to beach, green space and 3 pools, and 3 beds.

Great First Trip to South Padre

This was our first time to South Padre. We could not have picked a better Condo to stay in. Everything was clean. Amazing view from the porch! Loved the resort and the pools. Great location to be able to walk to do many things. Pedro was amazing to work with and Always very responsive and quick getting back to me for any of my questions. My family had a great week! Thanks!!

The view from the balcony was spectacular! I loved having my morning coffee out there!. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We did have a little problem locking the door but the owner was very prompt with giving us instructions. He was in constant communication with us. That was a nice personal touch. I would have liked carpet in front of the bathroom sink in the master and a fan for the bedrooms. It was nice that we could control the ac unit. Overall, it was a great place and we would consider staying there again.

The condo overlooked the ocean and had an amazing view. The balcony was perfect to sit outside and relax while enjoying the view. The condo was very clean, the host communicated everything we needed to know and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend.
