Fall in Bend really is something special, and it sounds like you made the most of it! We're so happy the room change turned into a pleasant surprise and that you got to enjoy those beautiful river views right from your patio. There's nothing quite like listening to the Deschutes while enjoying a meal outside! We do apologize for the dog hair and dishes that were missed during cleaning. That's certainly not up to our standards, and we'll be addressing both with our housekeeping team. We love that you got out and explored some of our favorite local spots, too!
