Grand Caribbean 420 is our 4th floor lofted condo with 2BR/1.5 BA that sleeps 8 comfortably. There's a queen bed in the main bedroom, another queen bed in the loft, twin hallway bunk beds on the main floor and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The whole family will have enough space to spread out and enjoy their vacations. As well, the balcony off of the living room offers views of both the bayou and gulf. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, WiFi, a jacuzzi tub in the main bathroom, a balcony off the living room, a washer and dryer in the unit, plus high end cotton linens. Complex amenities include an outdoor pool, charcoal grilling area with a gazebo and picnic tables, fitness center, elevator, public beach access, and parking for boats.***

The Grand Caribbean complex has deeded beach access and is located directly across the street (at a crosswalk) from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The Shoppes at Palm Pointe are on the other side of the road and has a Publix, Starbucks and a variety of great restaurants. The best part is that they're all just steps from your condo.

***During the off-season, boats can be parked for $20/Day, $100/Week or $300/Month. Guest are only allowed to park boats onsite during the offseason – From Labor Day to Memorial Day.
