Nestled in a friendly Glendale neighborhood, this lovely desert retreat welcomes you in with open arms! Settle down and enjoy Arizona at its finest from the enclosed backyard, complete with a grill, a veranda, and outdoor seating.

Inside, the updated interior has been tastefully decorated with plush furnishings and modern amenities. The spacious living room boasts an oversized sofa and a large Smart TV. Even the chef of your family will be able to indulge in their favorite shows as another TV is available in the open-concept dining room/kitchen. With stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a breakfast bar - all of the necessities for whipping up delicious dishes are available.

The home's primary bedroom has an ultra-plush bed, remote work desk, massage chair, and spa-like en suite bathroom. Here, you can indulge in yourself as you rinse off in the walk-in shower, unwind in the soaking tub, and apply a face mask at the large vanity. The additional bedrooms are just as lovely with their soft linens, central air-conditioning, and fun pops of charm for the kiddos. A separate laundry room rounds out the home's marvelous perks.

Close to your stay, enjoy visiting the area's numerous parks, shops, and eateries. Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Glendale are also all within a quick drive away.

Great location for the Final Four. The house met are needs for 6 days.

Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione e posizione

Very Disappointed

From the moment we arrived this experience was terrible. The code didn’t work to unlock the door, so we had to call an 800 number and wait on hold for someone to dispatch us a new code, which also didn’t work. That led to us getting a 3rd code to open a lock box and fish out a single key that manually unlocked the door. After expressing frustration that two people had to share a single key to get in and out, the Vacasa customer service rep assured me they would send someone out that day to manually reset the lock. That person never showed up. I called and messaged several more times, and nobody ever showed up. NONE of my messages were returned. Ironically, we would later find out that we didn’t need a code or a key at all, because the door itself didn’t actually ever lock. Anyone could open the door at any point by just manually twisting the electronic bolt. Unbelievable. That brings me to the property itself, which would’ve been ok except that it was filthy. Someone had clearly made the beds and done the dishes, but the floors, countertops, and even some walls were dirty and sticky. It looked like the previous tenants threw a big party or something and the cleaning crew only did the bare minimum in cleaning up the aftermath. After spending the first two hours on the phone trying to just get into the place, I spent the next two hours cleaning our vacation rental. Horrible. Not only would I not recommend this property, I wouldn’t recommend VRBO (Vacasa) to anyone.
