Welcome to a countryside getaway! Escape to Bucks County with our colonial retreat. Surrounded by rolling farmland and 5min from downtown New Hope, the cottage offers relaxation with a host of tourist destinations nearby.
This restored estate transports guests to an English-themed past. Relax by an outdoor fire pit or climb pie stairs to the private reading loft, and extend your stay with full use of the WFH office. Make this pied-à-terre your weekend home!

The cottage is a full, private house with enough room to house a family or party of friends.
The first floor boasts a full kitchen, living room with space for games and dining, and a WFH-equipped study. Step outside to enjoy a morning coffee ☕ on the back porch!
Enter the second floor and find yourself greeted by a small art gallery in the reading room, leading to the full bathroom, laundry room, and two bedrooms.
Climb to the third floor for a secluded, loft-like reading room and study before entering the third bedroom. This cozy spot is a perfect escape for snuggling with a book in privacy📚.
* Note: The original pie stairs transport you back to a time of narrower and steeper staircases. This may pose difficult for some guests*
* Note: The house sits on River Rd., right down the street from downtown New Hope. Guests may hear ambient sounds from the street*
