Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This villa home on the lake offers great use of space. The villa is located in River Strand community with great amenities: gym, pickle ball, tennis, clubhouse, heated pools and is a gated community. Note there is a 30 day minimum stay required. There is a social amenity transfer fee of $358.45. The property does not have a golf membership to transfer. Golf can be enjoyed by the public during months of April to December. (Bookings must be confirmed and processed with the association 15 days prior to arrival.) Comfortable 3 bedrooms, complete kitchen, screened patio, full size washer and dryer! With two clubhouses to choose from, this location will not disappoint. The villa home is located a block from 2nd clubhouse featuring shelf heated pool, gym, community center and pickle ball courts. The main clubhouse features a formal dining area, bar, pool with spa and lazy river, tiki bar and tennis courts. Note there is a $376 membership transfer fee to access social amenities. Golf is not included. There is a one month minimum stay or 30 days required per the association rules.

Rental minimum stay is 30 day booking. No pets. No smoking. HOA transfer paid by guest, $358.45. Jan-Apr must be monthly, no split months.

Unmarried persons under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking or occupying the rental unit unless accompanied by an adult over 25.
