We agree for early check-in and late check-out (subject to room availability). There will be a fee of $50/hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when you intend.

We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. The house has a refundable security deposit. After you have booked, we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.
The security deposit will be refunded when you check out if that doesn't cause any damage to the house.
There is a Ring Camera on the front door. So, you mustn’t cover the Ring Camera. We must cancel your stay if you cover Ring Camera, and we won't refund it.
