Welcome to our inviting vacation home, a haven we're thrilled to open up to you! Just minutes away, discover mouthwatering tacos, charming shops, and serene, uncrowded beaches. Store your vehicles and toys securely overnight in the spacious two-car garage with 2 more parking spots open in the driveway and lots of street parking. As the sun sets, the enchanting outdoor space comes to life. Embrace the San Felipe evenings by gathering around the fire pit.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, our layout is both practical and comfortable. Downstairs, two bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. The first room boasts a twin over double bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk, accommodating up to five. In the second downstairs room, a queen bed and twin over twin bunk sleep four.

The master bedroom upstairs features a luxurious king bed and a daybed with twin trundle. For added flexibility, the upstairs living area offers a couch suitable for a child to sleep. Hosting up to 14 guests, our home ensures everyone a cozy spot. And yes, we haven't forgotten our littlest guests – a porta crib awaits your infant or toddler. Your dream San Felipe escape awaits!

Please note that this is in a traditional San Felipe neighborhood. We keep our property clean and sanitized however our neighbors homes are a bit of an eye sore. This shouldn't affect your experience as all our living and outdoor spaces are enclosed and secure (and clean!). While the neighbors are not very close to the house and don't keep their property tidy, they are very kind an wonderful people.
