Lake Pleasant is 15 miles away for boating, water skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. Hwy 17 is two miles away and can take you north to Anthem Outlets, Flagstaff, and Sedona.

Inside, this air-conditioned retreat boasts a split floor plan with upgraded flooring that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite counters, a touchless sink faucet, all stainless steel appliances, and a coffee corner with two coffee makers (Nespresso and drip). When it comes to indoor entertainment, the living room does not miss. Curl up by the warmth of the stone gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV with surround sound. There is a rec corner with a pool table and numerous board games to choose from.

Sleeping arrangements include double main suites for total privacy and three additional bedrooms. The first main suite enjoys access to the patio, a smart TV, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a large bathtub, a glass-enclosed shower, and two vanities. The second main suite features a cozy seating area, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom.

Security camera details:
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 105 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
