Literally NO ONE has ever written such a fake review filled with such vile outrageous falsehoods. You should be ashamed of yourself. The reason VRBO has been unresponsive is because you are lying.

Thank you for your review! You were excellent guests to have and you and your entire family really took care of our historic home. Remember you can just rent a room or two at the USNA rate when you come visit your Mid!😉

Surprised you would have left such an inaccurate review. Literally 95% of our guests love the property and its cleanliness, attention to detail, and beautiful furnishings. Our housekeepers described the way you left the place was “worse than most”. You did not read the check in instructions that were sent to you; someone in your party tracked dirt all over our rugs, cracked our mirrored glass table without telling us and left all of the doors unlocked when you checked out. You used items that were in the outside refrigerator that was CLEARLY marked “owners fridge” when there are literally four mini fridges and an entirely empty large kitchen refrigerator (except the coffee, creamers and condiments, which we leave for our guests) You also broke the oven and moved the ac unit so that the vent hose was dislodged and could not circulate without advising anyone and then claimed it “broken”. Then you proceeded to disparage and mistreat our handyman. Furthermore you left so much trash which you didn’t even bother to ensure your garbage was properly placed in outside trash bins; it’s no wonder why flies were attracted. In all of my five years hosting, the experience with you and your party was, hands down, one of the worst.
