Welcome to The Sunrise. This gorgeous six_bedroom & four_bathroom house with a spacious sunroom and a hot tub located in its private backyard in Tuxedo neighborhood.

We’ve got the most alluring, cozy and luxurious living room to provide a space for you to have a peaceful gathering with your family and friends.

There is a second stylish living room which has a 55" TV, free WiFi, and Netflix/ Disney.
Perfect for hosting 12 guests.

We got two office desk, high speed internet and a garage for 2 cars and driveway parking for 4 cars. And plenty of street parking.

There are three and half bathrooms in the house. Main floor, basement, master bathroom and second floor bathroom.

The bathrooms are fully equipped with luxurious cotton bath towels, make up wipes, and also Lysol wipes for disinfecting.

kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, two ovens, microwave and fridge. Beautiful for those who enjoy to cook or make a quick meal. We provide:
Pot, pans, utensils, knife, cutting board, cooking supplies, soft drinks, water bottle, rice, cooking oil, spices and etc.
There are kettle, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience.

-Dinning table with seating for 8 people,
a dinette with two chairs and also a breakfast nuke with 4 chairs.

You’ll also find the laundry and dryer in the basement.

EXTRA ON DEMAND

For your little one, we have baby high chair, bassinet, and a crib available on demand at no cost.

Clean
The sunrise is 100% clean and follows cleaning guidelines.

Exterior Cameras
For your security and ours, there are two ring bell cameras at the front door which is your official entry door and side door. They will be on during your stay. Please note that we do not monitor them during your stay. We only check them if there’s a safety concern for the guests and host.

Good Rental

Overall great stay, a few hiccups with plumbing that the host corrected right away. The backyard was not usable due to maintenance issues (wasp nests and unmowed/unkept) which was disappointing as it was a selling feature - luckily it rained most of our stay and wasn’t a huge deal. More towels would be appreciated as well as basic cleaning products for the kitchen and bathrooms for quick clean ups needed through regular use / if you plan on cooking at all. The house was perfect for our Winnipeg family to come visit and we really appreciated having the crib set up for us. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely Stay

I stayed here 5 nights with family- 6 adults and 2 children. The images are accurate- we arrived to a beautifully decorated home that was kept immaculate and stocked with essentials. The owners were responsive to any inquiries. The location was in close proximity to grocery stores, a very nice mall, restaurants, and local attractions like The Leaf and Assiniboine Park Zoo. We would love to stay here again when next given the chance. Thank you!

A great place for a family gathering

Seven extended family members stayed together in this spacious, clean and comfortable house. With a good working kitchen, a family room and a large dining room, we were able to host and visit with our many Winnipeg-based family members. The bedrooms were comfortable, everything was clean and the hosts were quick to communicate with us. The location is great, lovely neighbourhood, close to many major roads and the airport. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood

This house was a perfect getaway for our girls weekend of aunts and cousins. 10 ladies fit perfectly in this house. The home was spotless, and the pillows were amazing. The beds were on the firm side, some enjoyed them and some found them too hard. Pari was prompt to respond to questions and very pleasant to deal with. Would stay here again and recommend 100X over !
